about us
Building Iconic Resorts, One Vision at a Time
W. A. Richardson Builders, LLC is a company established in 2005 by Bill Richardson and Yvette Landau, both former executives of Mandalay Resort Group. We specialize in understanding the complexities of developing, designing, constructing, and operating multifaceted destination resorts, particularly hospitality and entertainment venues, including casino resort properties.
Our unique strength lies in combining operational and resort hotel construction experience. This allows us to address functionality and efficiency early in the design process and provide timely, constructive value engineering during construction, without compromising quality or the guest experience.
